The new plant named ZJPEC is set up based on Jiangnan Shahou Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd., which has a thirty-year history in process equipment and widely used in petro-chemical, pharmaceutical, textile, washing. Under strategic cooperation with NJPEC, ZJPEC passed the ASME audit in June, 2015, and got ASME U & U2 certificates. In addition, the production line is constructed at present and all equipments are commissioning, therefore, it could be put into production. In a word, through the professional division and fixed workers for fixed process, this production line must increasingly enhance the efficiency and quality, shorten delivery and much cut down the cost, and ultimately realizes “international quality level while Chinese Competitive price”.

　　現(xiàn)通過(guò)與南京竣業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略合作，張家港新工廠2015年6月份通過(guò)ASME聯(lián)檢小組審核，已獲得ASMEU&U2證書(shū),流水線(xiàn)式生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)目前已經(jīng)建設(shè)完成，且設(shè)施設(shè)備調(diào)試安裝都已基本完成，已具備投產(chǎn)條件。該流水線(xiàn)式生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)通過(guò)固定生產(chǎn)工序、專(zhuān)人專(zhuān)機(jī)進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)，效率提高、交貨期縮短以及質(zhì)量提升的同時(shí)使得成本較大幅度地降低，從而為實(shí)現(xiàn)“國(guó)際水平、中國(guó)價(jià)格”的目標(biāo)奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。
